    I bought this product originally for myself in a larger size and it was too big but my step dad was interested in getting one so I ordered this medium for him and he does wear it a lot. He says it¡¯s almost like you can¡¯t feel it¡¯s there. Doesn¡¯t provide a lot of back support or core support that he was looking for. Will probably have to order him a small. These do run a little big. I wear XL in leggings and ordered an XL in this and it was too big

    I was sweating just cleaning the house. Didn’t even know it. Pulled it up in the restroom and tons of sweat came dripping out. Sounds gross but sweating without trying is Awesome!!! I’m in decent shape so it’s not like I was exerting myself cleaning.

    This is the only waist trainer I actually enjoy wearing and can actually do ab workouts in without feeling like I¡¯m being strangled at my waist. Other waist trainers feel so tight and very hard to work out in. This is such a lightweight trainer that definitely makes you sweat! But it¡¯s also not too tight and does not bulge through my clothes

    I have only been using the nonooer waist trainer for a week now. And I should mention that I don’t use it consistently everyday. Basically, I just use it on weekends when I work overnight, and I have seen tremendous progress for such a short period of usage . I am impressed by how well this waist trainer works. It burns the fat on my belly and it has started to shape my waist in a more narrow form. I will definitely be trying other nanooer products. Can’t wait to try more. the best part is, it stays in place the whole time I have it on. This product is well made and it works excellent for the price. It is comfortable, except for the heat it produces, you’ll forget u have something on underneath your clothes. Perfect time to use it is during the winter as it creates warmth. I love it!

    Unfortunately, even though they recommend to buy one size bigger, it was too big. But the quality is really good, so I kept it and gifted it to someone else that could use it. Will definitely order it again in a smaller size though.

    What I like about this product is that you can wear it under your cloth and it doesn¡¯t show through. It makes you sweat a lot while doing house chores. I¡¯m a stay home mom and I move around a lot. I would definitely recommend this product.

    I ordered the band that was supposed to come with a zipper so it would be easier to take off but this one did not come with a zipper. It does have a weird plastic rubber smell, I let it soak in Thieves detergent with super washing soda and then washed it with regular water and the smell went away.It fits really well though, doesn’t roll and bunch up.It is a really good quality trainer.

    I really liked this. So upset that it didn¡¯t last long at all. I¡¯m gonna say it lasted 2-3 months at the most. Gonna try n burn off the ends. But really wished it lasted a bit longer.
